The Agora project, funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), fosters direct dialogue between scientists and the public. Filmmaker Bettina Rotzetter and neurologist Dr. Ines Debove, an investigator in the STIMPulseControl study, received a grant to raise awareness of Impulse Control and Related Behavioral Disorders (ICBDs) in Parkinson’s disease.

As part of the project, they are producing educational materials, including films and podcasts, for patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and the general public. The goal is to reduce stigma and improve understanding of these often hidden non-motor symptoms.
